About Me.
One of my greatest joys is joining individuals and teams in co-creating experiences that help them wake up to who they are and what their purpose is in this grand universe. Through open-ended questions and strange and wonderful facilitated activities, I love engaging individuals and teams in playful exploration, learning, and growth towards dynamic change. I am a graduate of Goshen College and Fuller Seminary, with additional certifications in Talent Optimization, Appreciative Inquiry, True Colors Personality Temperament, and Servant Leadership.
Education & Experience
I started ny career in sales after graduating with a degree in Business Administration. Following several years, I heard the call to youth ministry and moved to California where I earned a Masters in Theology - Youth Ministry. After 17 years serving local churches and a conference covering 7 states, I began his journey in nonprofit leadership as CEO of ULEAD, an experiential leadership development organization. During this time I obtained additional certifications and expanded my creative leadership journey through speaking, writing, and custom program designs.
